- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Document interactions accurately and follow established procedures.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by actively listening and providing personalized solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer-facing experience in a call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in active listening and problem-solving techniques.
