Senior IT Professional: ServiceNow Expert

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior ServiceNow Expert. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to leverage their technical expertise to drive business success.

This role will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet our business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions using ServiceNow platform.

You will also be responsible for providing advanced-level support for ServiceNow administration, configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting. Your extensive knowledge of ServiceNow Core Modules, including ITSM and ITAM, will enable you to provide expert-level assistance to our ServiceNow administrators.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices in IT service management. Your experience in full project life cycle development for systems and applications will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage ServiceNow expertise to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide advanced-level support for ServiceNow administration, configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions using ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT service management processes and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ServiceNow.
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Core Modules, including ITSM and ITAM.
  • Expert-level understanding of ITIL principles and best practices in IT service management.
  • Experience in full project life cycle development for systems and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
