Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Quality Assurance Analyst to support our call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards across all contact touchpoints
  • Document quality assurance activities through internal reporting and audits
  • Review agent conversations to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Maintain coaching, performance logs, and audit observations
  • Contribute to training and operations documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on agent evaluation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in customer service and sales
  • 1 year of experience as an independent contractor with personal equipment and internet connection
  • Data research and analysis skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to speak Spanish
  • Experience in training and coaching environments
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft, and Salesforce
