As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients. This involves attending inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages.

This role requires a high degree of flexibility, as you may need to work varied shifts and adapt to changing circumstances.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets
  • A reliable internet connection with no mobile hotspot
