Customer Service Representative Job Description

The role of the Customer Service Representative is to provide exceptional support and service to clients, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Process orders, refunds, and product exchanges efficiently; maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers; manage and record the status of customer replacements, and report on trends regarding product issues.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work directly with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and improve processes; provide feedback to the organization on how to better manage and address issues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform weekly cleanup of files to ensure data is current and organized; handle other responsibilities as assigned based on experience level and job growth.
  • Influencer Outreach: Assist in identifying, contacting, and managing partnerships with influencers to support brand awareness and community engagement.
