Customer Support Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues for our users, providing timely and accurate feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot user-reported bugs/issues encountered while using the platform
  • Assist users by answering their questions coming through various channels
  • Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities
  • Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and provide timely and accurate customer feedback
  • Collaborate with technical and development teams to resolve platform-related problems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in computer science or information technology
  • Experience with help desk software and remote support tools
  • Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of the product and issues that commonly arise
