About the Role

MCI is seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to provide top-notch assistance to customers with technical issues. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, chat, or email to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve their problems.
  • Document all technical issues and resolutions in the system for future reference.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and technical procedures to deliver expert service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Previous tech support or IT helpdesk experience is a plus.
