
HR System Automation Expert

The role of Workday Specialist involves providing technical expertise in the implementation and maintenance of Workday systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating HR Systems matters, such as change request and issue resolution.
- Reviewing and implementing new Workday features to stay up-to-date on all Workday releases and fixes.
- Maintaining and managing Workday systems; serving as functional and technical expert.
- Performing system administration functions including business process configuration, complex report configuration, security, processing and loading bulk data using EIBs, and interfaces.
- Identifying opportunities and solutions for process automation to enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing timely and accurate advice to stakeholders on HR Systems queries.
- Developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation, and training users on new processes and functionality.
This role requires strong knowledge and experience with Workday business configuration, security administration, custom reporting, analytics and EIBs. Additionally, a minimum of 1-2 years' experience with exposure to Workday modules such as Core HCM, Leave and Absence, Benefit, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking is necessary. The candidate should have had at least 1 implementation cycle of the Workday module or Post Production support experience.
