Job Overview:

We are seeking an HR Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to employees on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to employees via the ticketing system, ensuring their inquiries and requests are addressed promptly.
  • Monitor daily employee queries and feedback through the company's employee care portal, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Filter and escalate tickets to appropriate resolvers, ensuring efficient closure and minimizing downtime.
  • Assist employees with HR-related concerns, guiding them on standard policies and procedures, and escalating complex matters when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience in HR support, employee relations, or customer service.
  • Experience with ticketing systems or employee portals is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact professionally across all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with HRIS or helpdesk platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess and escalate employee concerns appropriately.
