Job Description

The IT Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the stability and security of an organization's IT systems. This position requires a technical expert who can deliver comprehensive IT support, manage infrastructure at the site level, and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in specific IT domains.

This role bridges Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, guaranteeing that IT services are operational with minimal downtime. The IT Specialist will actively contribute to system administration, identity management, and network operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure, including Tier 2/3 troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), enterprise applications, and networking fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with system administration (Active Directory, M365, identity and access management).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage escalations independently.
