We are seeking a senior-level HR Generalist or HR Leader with a proven track record of working in international companies at a senior capacity, ideally with experience in scaling and optimizing HR operations for teams of 100+ employees. This role is ideal for someone whos passionate about implementing strategic HR projects, streamlining processes, and driving positive organizational change through technology and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support HR operations across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Drive the implementation of HR technologies, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and team productivity.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with department heads to identify pain points and roll out HR solutions that solve real-world problems.
  • Spearhead HR-related projects, including automation, process improvements, and cultural initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across international teams.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior HR team members when needed.
  • Help cultivate a positive and high-performing team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Leader at a senior level within an international company.
  • Has supported a team size of 100+ employees.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and technology; ability to assess and implement tools to improve HR and business operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a "find-a-better-way" mindset.
  • Project management experience in HR initiatives (e.g., systems rollouts, policy revamps, engagement programs).
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
