About the Role

We are establishing a focused group dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for human resources, collaborating closely with HR teams to develop smart and scalable services that create exceptional employee experiences.

As an Automation Developer, you will be entrusted to design and deliver complex automation solutions that drive real transformation in how HR operates. Leveraging UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, you will take ownership of projects from inception to completion, designing, building, testing, and refining automations that make our services faster, simpler, and more engaging for employees.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to uphold high quality standards.
  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform.
  • Able to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.
