Job Opportunity

This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work in Employee Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely delivery of services related to Personnel Action Administration, HR Letters and Offboarding.
  • Manage HR cases using Bayer systems and tools in accordance with global/country policies.
  • Achieve targets for timeliness, customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Perform internal control processes and audits timely and in compliance with the control requirements.
  • Support business continuity measures.
  • Maintain robust relationships with other HR groups or functions to collaboratively devise solutions for issues.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation: Use process knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvements and take part in process improvements project execution.

  • Citizen Developer: Fundamental understanding of RPA and AI.
  • Data Leverage: Understanding of data analytics; ability to work with data tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Power BI).
  • Process Mining/Task Mining: Fundamental working knowledge.
