Sophos, a global leader in advanced security solutions, is seeking an HR Reporting and Automation Specialist to join their team. This role will be instrumental in building the company's capabilities in reporting and process automation.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality reports, maintain the data warehouse, and develop automated solutions for various HR processes. This includes partnering with IT to develop and maintain the HR reporting data warehouse, assisting in the development of automated solutions using state-of-the-art tools, and pioneering the integration of new technologies to HR.

This position requires a strong background in automation, data warehousing, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive experience in automation using Pathfinder, Python, UIPath, or other RPA platforms, as well as experience in SQL and data warehouse management.

Requirements
  • Graduate degree in a technical field (IT, Engineering, Math, or Statistics)
  • 5+ years of experience in automation using Pathfinder, Python, UIPath, or other RPA platforms
  • Experience in SQL and data warehouse management
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Able to facilitate meetings and consultations with key stakeholders
