Process Automation Specialist (Python Developer)

WHY IS THIS JOB IMPORTANT?

• Process Automation Specialist delivers automated solutions for software processes.
• As a specialist, you'll have to work closely with the various Risk business functions to ensure activities deliver maximum value to both the company and its customers. Together with the team, we will be responsible for the analysis, definition, design, construction, testing, deployment, modification, and maintenance of accurately engineered information systems, containing software as the major component, to meet agreed business needs.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

• Expertise in Python programming language, experience with data wrangling and crafting data pipelines.
• Experience in developing web data extraction tools and APIs.
• Curiosity about data science and research is a strong plus.
• Experience in Selenium, Playwright, AWS Lambda, Microservices, Python Libraries, AI/ML/LLM technologies will be an added advantage

NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with Apache Airflow, AWS Services

• As a member of World-Check Source Automation team we are responsible for leading & implementing projects to transform risk processes across World-Check (WC), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Screening Resolution Service (SRS). The team handles the core systems change management, process and test automation, internal application integration, and application development, collaboration with global multi-cultural teams across the Customer & 3rd Party Risk Solutions, as well as client analysis, policy, and technology requirements from the process efficiency perspective.
• The team's daily task includes developing web data scraping using Python scripts, workflow development, integration with third-party APIs, balancing the differences using data analysis, extraction of internal data, a opportunity to do research on AI, Machine Learning (ML) and Large-Language Models (LLM) for data extraction, and enrichment, peer code reviews and mentoring.
