Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our organization and provide administrative support to the HR department.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain standardized employee folder structures for every employee, as well as migrating employee documents from various systems into a single consolidated filing system.
  • Develop and maintain templates for recruitment and selection processes, including interview guides, phone screen questionnaires, verbal reference forms, and sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and forms are rebranded according to current guidelines and uploaded onto the company's document management system.
  • Assist in preparing and supporting internal and external audits post-system implementation.
