We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and excellent communication skills. They should also be proficient in MS Excel and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing human resources programs
  • Providing support to employees on absence and health issues
  • Handling administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews
  • Organizing hard and soft copies of employee records
  • Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to performance evaluations
  • Coordinating employee satisfaction surveys
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations
  • Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems (Greenhouse, ADP Workforce Now preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
