Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and People Experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR team in delivering an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at the organization.

  • Provide assistance to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considering how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.

HR Administration
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.

  • This role will be part of a global team, spanning multiple locations, and will specifically focus on the delivery of new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.

  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.

  • Manage employee data in HRIS systems while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Ensure rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.

  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.

  • Own the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.

  • Keep the People Ops playbook up to date with documented processes and links.

  • Administer Lattice, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, and Impact Conversations.

  • Report on people initiatives as required.

Employee Relations
  • Triage Zendesk tickets, ensuring a 24-hour response time across tickets.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.

This role will be working remotely and may be subject to fixed-term contracts.
