About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven and organized HR professional to maintain accurate employee records, support recruitment and onboarding, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date records of employee information, including probation, visa, and contract renewal dates.
  • Support the drafting, issuing, and filing of contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
  • Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage applicant tracking system updates.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR administration or a related field in a scale-up or professional services environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in using human resources information systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office software.
