Administrative Support Role

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the HR Manager, focusing on payroll administration, HR systems management, internal communications, and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, verify, and troubleshoot timekeeping data in Paylocity
  • Assist with weekly/monthly payroll processing
  • Maintain accurate records of HR documents and compliance reports
  • Respond to HR inquiries via Slack and email, including occasional weekend support
  • Escalate complex issues to the HR Manager for resolution
  • Develop job descriptions and manage postings on platforms like Indeed
  • Coordinate candidate screening schedules with team members
  • Publish regular internal HR updates and newsletters
  • Monitor performance review timelines and support leadership events
  • Contribute to HR planning initiatives and strategic objectives
