Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of HR Coordinator/Nurse. This position will be responsible for providing support to the HR department and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.


Responsibilities:
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Prepare and submit required HR reports and compliance documentation.
  • Develop and manage the Occupational Safety & Health program.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid license to practice.
  • Fundamental understanding of HR processes and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
