
Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader

As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your primary goal is to attract and acquire top IT talent in Latin America, aligned with our company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to drive business success.
- Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of the recruitment process and ability to develop strategic plans.
- Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance and make informed decisions.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire top IT professionals in Latin America, aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs, continuously expanding the talent pool.
- Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with recruiters and other stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment management, preferably in IT.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
