About the Role

At a leading modern outsourcing platform, we're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier candidates who can drive business forward in international markets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in recruitment, and a strong understanding of local hiring practices, labor laws, and sourcing strategies. You will work closely with leadership to translate business objectives into targeted talent acquisition approaches and provide data-driven insights to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.

We are looking for someone to design and implement targeted recruitment campaigns to capture exceptional bilingual professionals across various markets. This includes creating compelling job descriptions, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and cultivating diverse talent networks through strategic partnerships.

You will partner strategically with leadership to provide competitive intelligence on salary benchmarks, emerging skill sets, and competitor hiring activities, positioning your organization to attract top talent ahead of market shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to source high-caliber candidates globally.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to seamless onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Broaden and deepen our talent network by forging partnerships with educational institutions, professional associations, digital platforms, and community organizations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, driving informed decision-making and future-proofing our workforce.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of global hiring practices, labor laws, and sourcing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
