Senior Human Resources Leader Opportunity

The Human Resources Center of Excellence (COE) Director will oversee the company's human resources services, focusing on strategic talent acquisition, payroll management, employee engagement, and learning and development. This role involves crafting and implementing comprehensive HR frameworks, enhancing HR capabilities, and driving data-driven decision making.

This position requires a senior-level professional with exceptional leadership skills to lead the HR COE, including recruitment process outsourcing services, HR employee services, and payroll services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing company-wide HR strategies, policies, and best practices in collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders.
  • Enhancing the capabilities of the HR function to support business transformation and strategic initiatives.
  • Strengthening data-driven decision-making and process standardization within the HR function.
  • Acting as a strategic thought partner to leadership on future-ready people practices and initiatives.
  • Focusing on enhancing employee satisfaction and operational efficiency by streamlining workforce management processes, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and compliance.

Required skills and experience include:

  • Proven leadership experience in an HR COE setting.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, including talent management, performance management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
