
New Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads and scheduling appointments with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and schedule consultations
- Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
- Accurately inputting information into our system to ensure seamless data management
- Representing the company in the best possible light when conversing with contacts
- Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the company
- Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis to support business decision-making
- At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role;
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills to build rapport with clients
- Strong internet connection and designated professional workspace to ensure productivity
- Amenable to working non-traditional hours, including graveyard shifts
- Proactive, adaptable, and flexible to navigate changing priorities and deadlines
- Highly professional and collaborative to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willing to go above and beyond to achieve desired outcomes and drive business growth
- Committed to continuous improvements and open to experimenting with new approaches and techniques in work processes
