Pricing Associate Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pricing Associate to support our field sales force in ensuring that all requests for price exceptions and sales support concerns are completed within defined processes and SLAs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring mailboxes and completing price exceptions requests and other sales support concerns within defined processes and SLAs. They will also evaluate and escalate exceptions as needed in coordination with Commercial Manager and higher management.

Additionally, the Pricing Associate will utilize a CRM system to send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions and communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance or related qualification and 2-3 years' experience as a contract, data or commercial administrator. They should be proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and intermediate MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Able to prioritize, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiar with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and intermediate MS Excel.
