Responsibilities:

  • Monitor mailboxes and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process price exceptions and manage escalations with the commercial manager and higher management.
  • Utilize CRM software to send contracts to customers for approved price exceptions.
  • Communicate with sales teams to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from centre teams to gain understanding of local market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract administrator.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite and CRM systems.
