Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly proactive and seasoned professional to provide high-level support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive & Administrative Support:
    • Manage inboxes and calendars for executives
    • Coordinate tasks and projects
    • Handle financial coordination and reporting
    • Create standard operating procedures from existing processes
    • Maintain data dashboards (Google Sheets) and handle data entry
    • Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports
    • Arrange travel and handle administrative tasks
    • Participate in daily/weekly check-in calls
  • Partnerships & Growth:
    • Support and manage partnerships
    • Grow influencer collaborations
    • Support business-to-business partnerships and outreach
  • Process & Systems Management:
    • Update and maintain online stores
    • Enter and update product data (pricing, promotions, information)
    • Develop standard operating procedures and workflows to document key processes
    • Identify and implement internal efficiency improvements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets, including dashboards and reporting
  • Proven experience in inbox/calendar management, SOP creation, and business reporting
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
