- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience in a call center or support role.
- Strong background in the construction, home services, or skilled trades industries.
- Comfortable working with technology tools, including CRMs and scheduling systems.
- Fast learner with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
