We are seeking an exceptional Support Professional to join our team. As a Senior Technical Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer experiences through proactive solutions, effective troubleshooting, and seamless issue resolution.
Main Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing tailored solutions and ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
- Ongoing training and guidance on product features, updates, and best practices to help customers maximize the value of our platform.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior members of the support or technical teams, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform continuous improvement and innovation.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and opportunities for future engagement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Support, or Account Management role within a SaaS environment.
- Experience in training, mentoring, or leading team members, including cross-functional or technical teams.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with a customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience working across teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
