Unlocking Business Solutions through Expertise

The role of a Global Business Solutions Architect involves providing strategic guidance to clients on implementing Degreed solutions. This position requires strong storytelling and solution-selling abilities, solid understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud platforms, and ability to turn complex technical topics into clear business value.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consult with potential clients on implementing Degreed solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong storytelling and solution-selling abilities.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to turn complex technical topics into clear business value.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions.
  • Knowledge of integration methods (APIs, SSO, data feeds).
