
Director of Employee Experience

This role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and employee development through strategic learning initiatives, talent management programs, and change management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Learning Strategies: Design and deliver training programs, coaching, mentorship, and other learning experiences to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage Organizational Development Projects: Conduct assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness, including change management initiatives.
- Lead Talent Management Programs: Oversee succession planning, career development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Partner with leaders to understand their needs, develop solutions, and ensure that learning and OD initiatives align with business goals.
- Monitor and Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Best Practices: Maintain knowledge of current learning and OD trends and best practices to ensure programs are relevant and effective.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay informed about and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: The successful candidate needs to be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and lead teams.
- Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen: They need to be able to understand the business context and develop learning and OD strategies that align with business goals.
- Knowledge of Learning and Development Principles and Practices: Familiarity with adult learning theory, instructional design, and different learning modalities is essential.
- Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is crucial.
- Experience with Change Management: Proven experience in managing organizational change initiatives is required.
- Relevant Degree or Certifications: A bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, or a related field is typically required, and a master's degree or professional certification can be beneficial.
