Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support software license renewals, supplier management, and procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the software license renewal process, including tracking expirations, updating records, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Process purchase requisitions and shopping carts in Ariba and SRM accurately and on time.
- Support new supplier registration and qualification in Ariba.
- Maintain and update license trackers and reports.
- Review and respond to procurement-related inquiries via shared mailbox.
- Participate in regular meetings with Procurement and Business teams.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with Ariba and SRM; knowledge of Poseidon and SharePoint a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Fast learner, self-starter, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
