
Strategic Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive human resources strategies that support the organization's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems that align with the organization's overall strategy.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to management and employees.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, grievances, and performance issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR technologies.
