
Global Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee human resources operations, employee compliance, and administrative processes in Manila.
This role is critical to ensuring our team thrives while maintaining adherence to all organizational and regulatory standards.
You will manage a wide range of HR activities, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations, while contributing to the development of efficient systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and hiring top talent
- Onboarding new employees and managing their transition into the company
- Managing payroll and benefits administration
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Developing and implementing effective employee relations strategies
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.
