The Change Analyst plays a vital role in supporting account operations across the organization.

  • Responsibilities include creating inventory impact reports for changes to orders, reviewing and identifying changes to customer orders, and providing detailed knowledge of analytic software including Microsoft Excel.
  • Collect and format inventory reports for all sites, providing inventory demand reports for claims and cancellations, and comparing single and multi-level BOMs to identify material changes.
  • Work together with change originators to correct issues with change submissions and escalate internal issues to supervisors upon recognition of system failure.

Requirements:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively with all departments and other groups to ensure site On Time delivery and quality goals are met.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with weldment manufacturing is preferred.

Other Information:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent work experience in an engineering discipline is required.
  • 2-5 years' quoting and weldment manufacturing experience is preferred.
