Job Summary:
  • Manage client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

This role combines lead generation, backend project management, account handling, and client relationship building.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide customer support and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Assist clients at events, finding solutions and products that meet their needs
  • Manage company programs and web stores for clients, ensuring seamless customer experiences

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Lead Generation, preferably in the promotional industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and follow-up skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
