Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue high-potential clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
- Craft tailored sales pitches and demos to meet the unique needs of each prospect.
- Nurture a healthy pipeline by prioritizing leads, converting them into clients, and maintaining regular communication.
- Document all client interactions, progress, and sales activities accurately to ensure transparency and effective follow-ups.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine your sales approach.
- Provide actionable feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Represent the company at industry events to gauge market sentiment, identify new opportunities, and strengthen our brand presence.
- Take ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely priority-setting, and alignment with quarterly objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance) to deliver exceptional client experiences and implement feedback effectively.
- Develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and solution recommendations in partnership with internal teams.
- Maintain consistent revenue growth, meeting monthly and quarterly targets while adapting to changing role seniority.
- Foster ongoing engagement with prospective clients by executing timely follow-ups and sustaining a steady pipeline conversion rate.
- Drive continued momentum with prospective clients through timely execution of follow-ups on all ongoing opportunities.
- Lead or actively contribute to at least one successful initiative per quarter, aligned with role seniority and scope.
- Balance your pipeline across sales stages, ensuring consistent deal flow and minimal stagnation.
- Demonstrate forecasting accuracy by regularly reviewing and updating deal probabilities and expected close dates.
- Ensure transparent and accurate use of internal tools by documenting all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
