Performance Optimization Strategist

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative individual to lead our performance optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven growth.
This role is critical to scaling performance across web and product experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a CRO roadmap and testing strategy across website, product onboarding, and acquisition funnels.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates and reduce friction across the customer journey.
- Collaborate with developers to implement tests and validate results in production environments.
- Leverage analytics platforms and statistical models to identify drop-offs and prioritize highest-impact opportunities.
- Build dashboards and reporting to monitor experiment performance and business impact.
- 4+ years of proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), growth, or related roles.
- Strong technical expertise in A/B testing tools.
- Proficiency with web analytics platforms and strong SQL skills.
- Experience running experiments at scale.
- SaaS / growth-stage company experience.
- Understanding of retention marketing and email optimization.
