Senior E-commerce Strategist

This role involves leading the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies for e-commerce businesses. As a Senior E-commerce Strategist, you will take ownership of driving business outcomes through strategic leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Growth Planning: Conduct in-depth analyses of client performance to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored growth roadmaps that integrate various channels such as SEO, CRO, paid media, email, social media, and emerging channels.
  • Initiative Execution: Lead the execution of initiatives, working collaboratively with internal specialists, external agencies, and client stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
  • Shopify Expertise: Leverage Shopify expertise to optimize site performance, conversion flows, and customer experiences.
  • Data Tracking: Implement and manage data tracking frameworks to ensure accurate measurement and actionable insights.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance KPIs, diagnose areas for optimization, and recommend pivots backed by data.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years in senior-level e-commerce strategy and execution, ideally supporting early-stage or growth-stage businesses.
  • Skills: Strong Shopify expertise, advanced proficiency with data tracking tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker, etc.), well-rounded expertise across multiple growth channels (SEO, CRO, paid media, social, email, SMS, affiliate).
  • Ledership Skills: Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
