Senior Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to lead our paid media efforts and drive growth.
About the Role- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
- Manage paid channels, conversion-focused campaigns, ad creative and copywriting, landing page optimization, analytics and reporting, budget management, audience targeting, and experimentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure alignment with company goals.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, with a proven track record of generating leads and optimizing campaigns for conversions.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, with expertise in campaign setup, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to think strategically about budget allocation and growth levers.
- Mid-senior level position with full-time employment type and job function in marketing.
- A bootstrapped and profitable company growing rapidly across Europe and North America.
