We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated bilingual professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and accurate communication across both languages, and assisting customers with various inquiries and issues.

You will also be required to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, and must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide clear and accurate communication across both languages
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and general support

  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate when necessary

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a bilingual customer service or call center role
