Job Overview

We are seeking a Lease Administration professional to join our team. This role involves managing all aspects of lease administration, including abstraction, quality review, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of leases, amendments, terminations, and property transactions in the real estate database.
  • Extract and input critical lease data into client-specific systems, adhering to established protocols and standards.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of lease abstractions, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure data aligns with client expectations.
  • Process timely and accurate rent and additional rent payments, and deliver financial reports as required.
  • Review business terms in legal documents, assist with legal coordination, and ensure accurate reflection of terms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the real estate industry with a clear understanding of commercial lease terms.
  • Proven experience in financial management, including handling invoices, billing, and payments.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills essential.
