Senior Lease Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lease Analyst to join our team. This is a critical role that involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth administration of lease agreements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial lease terms and be able to extract critical data from lease documents. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update lease databases when amendments occur or new locations are added.
  • Extract critical data from real estate lease documents and input into client-specific databases.
  • Perform quality reviews of lease data abstraction to ensure accuracy and escalate issues for further review if necessary.
  • Ensure proper formatting and accuracy of reporting outputs as requested by clients.
  • Coordinate lease abstraction for all contracts within scope, including quality review and uploading documents to client systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the real estate industry with a solid understanding of commercial lease terms.
  • Experience in financial management, including handling invoices, billing, and payments.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively within a matrix organization.
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills are essential for success.
