
CEO Administrative Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to provide top-level administrative support to senior executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring seamless interactions and information exchange.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage calendars and schedule meetings with senior executives.
- Organize and prepare for meetings by gathering necessary documents and coordinating logistics.
- Format information for internal and external communications, including emails, presentations, and reports.
- Upload data in tender portals and assist in preparing tender responses and requirements.
- Create and send mailouts and maintain mailing lists.
- Coordinate webinars and collaborate with marketing suppliers and consultants.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Manage customer data and CRM system, generate proposals, and create leads and opportunities.
- High level stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with ability to multitask.
