Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Design and distribute email newsletters and marketing campaigns
  • Generate leads using and other tools
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility
  • Write compelling copy for various marketing materials
  • Create graphics and visual content using Canva
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Perform administrative support tasks, including data entry and file management
  • Manage CRM systems (Zoho, ) and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the team to support sales and marketing initiatives
  • Utilize Google Workspace for communication and organization

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong understanding of brand awareness and digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with email marketing and campaign management
  • Proficient in lead generation, especially using
  • Knowledge of SEO and best practices
  • Excellent copywriting and graphic design skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience with admin support, data entry, and file management
  • Proficient in CRM management (Zoho, )
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Canva
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must be comfortable working with timetrackers
  • Must have own working equipment (computer: atleast i5 and 8GB Ram, webcamera, and noise cancelling headset)
