We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to join our team as a Freight Forwarding Tele Sales Support Specialist. This role involves generating new business opportunities through telemarketing activities, identifying prospective customers, and converting them into clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily telemarketing tasks, including cold and warm calling, to set appointments and follow up on leads.
  • Generate sales reports and update client information in the CRM system.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end import and export operations, as well as relevant work experience in freight/logistics.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and at least 3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry.
  • Experience using CargoWise or similar systems and a Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or related fields.
  • A team player with collaborative skills and fast learner with good time management skills.

This is an entry-level position that involves working from home setup. The ideal candidate should be able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
