About the Role

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of our Philippines operations, leading a high-performing team, optimizing P&L, and driving business development and operational excellence. This is a pivotal role for a hands-on, results-driven leader with deep experience across the logistics and supply chain spectrum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full P&L management and business strategy for the Philippines
  • Oversee and restructure local teams; build and develop new vendor and partner networks
  • Drive business growth through new client acquisition and expanding service offerings (3PL, 4PL, warehousing, freight forwarding, customs clearance, project cargo, import/export, local distribution, courier services)
  • Leverage global network and collaborate with international teams to maximize opportunities
  • Implement cost optimization strategies and margin improvement initiatives
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance through effective use of WMS and logistics technology
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors
  • Lead with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and foster a high-performance culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 8+ years' senior management experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, warehousing, or transportation
  • Proven track record in leading teams, restructuring operations, and driving profitability
  • Strong vendor and partner management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and multicultural environment
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and an owners mindset
