Logistics Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Professional to join our team in Manila. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or dispatching, with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Source and onboard new shipper accounts through cold calling, referrals, and marketing outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trucking companies and owner-operators.
  • Negotiate rates and lanes to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Match available freight with the right carrier partners based on service, equipment, and cost.
  • Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
  • Monitor and track shipments in real time, proactively resolving any service issues.
  • Maintain carrier compliance with safety, insurance, and regulatory standards.
  • Use TMS software and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop) to post and manage loads.
  • Ensure all freight documentation is accurate and complete (rate confirmations, BOLs, invoices).
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics or transportation industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with TMS platforms and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A customer-service mindset with a focus on results.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
