
Technical Help Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to employees via various channels, including phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure seamless system operation.
- Implement and maintain internal technology infrastructure to support business objectives.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new employee devices to facilitate efficient workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and other major Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.
- Experience troubleshooting PC, Mac, and Chromebooks for software and hardware-related issues remotely.
- Proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, such as JAMF and Kaseya.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IDP) and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) Provisioning.
