Job Opportunity: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to employees via various channels, including phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Implement and maintain internal technology infrastructure to support business objectives.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new employee devices to facilitate efficient workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and other major Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting PC, Mac, and Chromebooks for software and hardware-related issues remotely.
  • Proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, such as JAMF and Kaseya.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IDP) and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) Provisioning.
